🧂 Ingredients

1½ cups Capital Basmati Creamy Tibar

1 onion, sliced

1 tomato, chopped

1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, corn)

1 bay leaf, 2 cardamoms, 1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp ghee
-
2½ cups water
-
Salt and garam masala to taste
🥘 How to Cook Veg Pulao

Prepare the Base
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and whole spices. When aromatic, add onions and sauté until golden brown. -
Add Veggies and Tomatoes
Stir in chopped vegetables and tomatoes, cooking for 3–4 minutes.
The slow sauté helps lock in flavor and color. -
Add Rice and Water
Add rinsed Capital Creamy Tibar Rice and mix gently. Pour water and season with salt and garam masala. -
Cook Perfectly
Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes on low heat until rice is tender. Let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing. -
Serve and Enjoy
Garnish with fried onions or fresh coriander.
