Ingredients
- 1 cup Capital Basmati Golden Tibar
- 300g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp chopped pepperoncini (or pickled chili)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chicken stock or water
- Salt to taste
How to Cook Pepperoncini Chicken & Rice

Marinate the chicken
Mix chicken with salt, pepper, and chopped pepperoncini. Rest for 10 minutes.
This gives the meat a tangy and spicy kick. -
Prepare the base
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant. Add diced tomato and cook until soft. -
Add chicken and sear
Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes until lightly browned. -
