🥘 How to Cook Mutton Biryani

Marinate the Mutton
Combine mutton with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Let it rest for 1–2 hours for deep flavor. -
Cook the Mutton
Heat ghee in a heavy pot. Add whole spices and onions; fry until golden. Add tomatoes and the marinated mutton. Cook until tender and fragrant. -
Prepare the Rice
Meanwhile, cook Capital Basmati Royal until 80% done. Drain and keep aside. -
Layer and Dum Cook
