Β½ cup Capital Basmati Silver

1 litre full-cream milk

Β½ cup sugar

ΒΌ tsp cardamom powder

10β12 chopped almonds and cashews

8β10 raisins

A few saffron strands soaked in warm milk
π₯ How to Cook Kheer

Boil the Milk
In a heavy pan, bring milk to a gentle boil. -
Add the Rice
Add washed Capital Silver Basmati Rice and simmer on low flame, stirring occasionally. -
Cook Slowly
As the rice softens, it releases starch that thickens the kheer naturally. Continue for 30β40 minutes. -
Add Sugar and Flavor
Stir in sugar, cardamom powder, nuts, and saffron milk. Mix well. -
Serve Warm or Chilled
Garnish with dry fruits before serving.
