- 🥘 How to Cook Chicken Fried Rice
-
Cook the Rice
Rinse Capital Golden Dubar under cold water and cook with 2 cups of water until just tender. Drain and let it cool completely.
Cool rice gives that perfect fried rice texture — fluffy yet firm. -
Scramble the Eggs
In a wok, heat a teaspoon of oil. Add beaten eggs, scramble lightly, and set aside. -
Sauté the Chicken and Veggies
In the same wok, add oil and toss the chicken until golden brown. Add onions, carrots, and capsicum. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes on high flame. -
Add Rice and Sauces
Now add the cooked Capital Basmati Rice Golden Dubar, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well while keeping the flame high to maintain the rice texture. -
Finish and Serve
Add scrambled eggs back in, toss everything, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onion.
-
Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot with a side of chili vinegar or garlic sauce.
